We use a Gonstead, Diversified, and Activator adjusting techniques with a variety of modalities that help speed up recovery time and reduce pain levels. 

Modalities

Electric stimulation- The use of electricity to contract and relax the muscles to help relax or tire them out.

Ultrasound- The use of sound waves to help penetrate the deeper tissues and tendons that are not easily stretched.

Traction- Allows for nutrients to enter the vertebral discs while also taking pressure of the disc thus reducing pain.

Laser- Lights waves help to penetrate the injured area and create movement within the cells that promote healing and regeneration.

Rock Tape- Flexible tape that helps to increase support and stability, increases the number of proprioceptors activated, and does not decrease the overall range of motion.
